Consultation & 3D scan
We assess your bone, take a CBCT scan, and plan the position digitally. You'll see a 3D model of your own jaw before we discuss the price.
A long-term replacement for missing teeth that looks, feels and functions like a natural tooth — placed and restored in-house by an experienced clinical team.
A dental implant is a small titanium post that takes the place of a missing tooth's root. Once placed, your bone grows around it (a process called osseointegration), creating a foundation as strong as a natural tooth — onto which we then fit a custom-made crown, bridge or denture.
We place implants from Straumann and BioHorizons — two of the most independently studied systems in the world. Every plan starts with a 3D CT scan so we can see exactly where bone, nerves and sinuses are. This isn't an off-the-shelf treatment, and we don't price it as one.

A 60–90 minute procedure under local anaesthetic (with sedation if you'd prefer). Most patients return to work the next day with minimal discomfort.
Your bone integrates with the implant. You'll wear a temporary tooth in the meantime — no one will know you're missing one.
We take a digital scan and a custom porcelain crown is made by our master technician. It's fitted in around 30 minutes — and that's it.
All implant prices include consultation, 3D scan, surgery, temporary tooth, final crown and a year of follow-up reviews. 0% finance available over 12 months on treatments above £1,000.

The placement itself is done under local anaesthetic and is genuinely much less uncomfortable than most people expect — most patients liken it to having a filling. Some swelling and tenderness for 2–3 days afterwards is normal and managed with standard painkillers.
Most adults are. We need enough healthy bone to anchor the implant and healthy gums around it. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and certain medications can reduce success rates — we'll tell you honestly during your consultation.
From first consultation to final crown, plan for 4–6 months. The actual time you spend in the chair is around 3 hours total, spread across 4–5 visits.
We can rebuild bone with grafting (using your own bone, donor bone or synthetic material). For upper back teeth, a sinus lift may be needed. These add 3–6 months to treatment but make implants possible for almost everyone.
Brush and floss as you would a natural tooth — and see us every six months for a check and clean. Implants don't decay, but the gums around them can become inflamed if not cleaned properly. With good care, they routinely last 20+ years.
