Consultation & shade record
We check your teeth are healthy enough to whiten, photograph your starting shade, and discuss whether take-home or in-clinic suits you better.
Brighten your smile safely and predictably under dentist supervision — at home over 1–2 weeks, or in a single in-clinic visit.
We offer two whitening systems — a take-home kit you wear overnight for 10–14 days, and an in-clinic treatment that takes around 90 minutes. Both are dentist-prescribed, dentist-monitored, and use the same active ingredient (carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide) at a concentration that's safe for enamel.
Whitening doesn't damage healthy teeth. What it can cause — temporarily — is sensitivity to cold or sweet things, especially in the first few days. We adjust the concentration and frequency to your sensitivity, so the experience stays comfortable from start to finish.

We take a digital scan of your teeth and your custom trays are ready in 5–7 days. We show you exactly how to apply the gel.
Wear the trays overnight (or for an hour during the day) for 10–14 nights. Most people notice change within 3–4 days.
We see you again to record your final shade, check your gums, and supply top-up gel for whenever you want a boost.
All whitening prices include consultation, custom trays, gel and a follow-up review. Consultation fee is deducted from the final treatment cost.

No. Multiple long-term studies show dentist-supervised whitening at standard concentrations doesn't weaken or thin enamel. What you may notice is short-term sensitivity, which fades within a few days of finishing.
Typically 1–3 years before you'd want a brief top-up. Coffee, red wine, dark tea and smoking will shorten that — but you keep your trays, so a few extra nights of gel restores the shade easily.
No — only natural tooth enamel responds to whitening gel. If you have visible crowns or composite fillings on front teeth, we'll plan whitening first, then replace those restorations to match the new shade.
Take-home is more controllable, gentler on sensitivity and slightly cheaper. In-clinic is faster (one visit) but tends to cause more short-term sensitivity. Many patients combine the two for a quick boost plus longer-term control.
